Villa Esprit de Roche

Perched on a hillside in Colombier amid lush vegetation, Villa Esprit de Roche takes in the ocean and, on the horizon, the islands of Nevis, Saint Kitts, Statia and Saba. On the main level, the bright living room, its sofas and its equipped kitchen with bar open onto a covered terrace where a table seats eight, beside an outdoor lounge. A wooden staircase leads down to the pool deck, edged by a lawn and a shaded table, beneath tall trees that bring character and coolness. The three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and private terrace facing the view, sleep six: one on the living level, another in a bungalow a few steps below, the last near the pool. A very private retreat.
