Villa Ahava

On a single level in the heart of a lush garden in Colombier, Villa Ahava looks out over turquoise waters. Beneath a high vaulted ceiling, the living area, hung with contemporary works, opens fully onto the terrace; the dark wood kitchen is arranged around an island. Outside, the heated pool sits on a 300 m² deck that seems to merge with the ocean, with loungers a few steps below. Little wooden paths lead to two secluded terraces, each facing its own viewpoint, while the covered area brings together a dining table, a barbecue and an outdoor lounge. The four bedrooms, all opening onto the front terrace, have their own bathrooms, one with a large outdoor shower. A gym completes the house, close to Colombier bay and the beaches of Flamands, Shell Beach and Saint-Jean.
