Villa Poppy

In Montjean, Villa Poppy unfolds contemporary architecture with generous volumes, flooded with light through numerous glass doors onto walls and ceilings of brilliant white. The through-lounge, furnished with three sofas and swept by the trade winds, opens onto the terrace, the heated pool and the view; touches of wicker, a bar and a table football complete the mood. On the covered terrace, a large table faces the panorama over the ocean, beside a professional barbecue. Loungers, daybeds, two outdoor lounges and a wooden pergola punctuate the open-air spaces, set in a tropical garden. The three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, welcome up to four guests; one, in a private bungalow, opens onto its terrace facing the bay of Marigot. Single-storey and with a fitness room, the house lends itself to a quiet stay for two or four.
