Recently renovated in a pared-back, contemporary spirit, Villa Manoir de Lorient unfolds on a single level across several pavilions linked by a large mirror pool, in the heart of a tropical garden a few steps from Lorient beach and its surf spot. The vast living room, with polished concrete floors and wooden furniture, opens fully onto the terrace and extends into an immense mezzanine; the professional kitchen serves both an indoor dining room and an outdoor table. Around the heated pool, loungers, tall palms, lawns and a gazebo invite contemplation. The seven bedrooms, scattered through the garden, each have their own character, with, depending on the room, a dressing room, mezzanine, outdoor shower or private patio, for fourteen guests. An estate suited to family gatherings, weddings or birthdays.
