Villa Avenstar
Built over three levels on the heights of Camaruche, Villa Avenstar takes in the bay of Lorient and the surrounding hills. This contemporary house pairs fine materials with careful decor, punctuated by film icons displayed on the walls. The air-conditioned living room, all white and turquoise, accented with driftwood and coral, is joined by a vast dining room for ten and a kitchen with a central island. Outside, a heated infinity pool spills into a second pool below, lined with loungers and lounges, with two sheltered dining areas facing the ocean. The five bedrooms sleep ten, spread across the three levels, each with a bathroom, one with both indoor and outdoor showers; a wine cellar completes the house. A home for families and friends, turned entirely towards the bay.
