Villa Epicure

In Marigot, Villa Epicure looks out over the Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon and, in the distance, Île Tortue. Its contemporary architecture plays with transparency through large picture windows; the air-conditioned living room, with impressive volumes, brings together two oversized sofas, a dining area facing the view and a kitchen with a long bar. Outside, the heated pool extends the blue of the bay below, surrounded by a vast deck of loungers; an outdoor dining room lit by a skylight and a garden lounge invite you to linger. A grand staircase connects the two levels: three bedrooms on the main floor and four below, all air-conditioned with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, for fourteen guests. A gym and wine cellar are available; children are welcome from the age of ten. A house that is both spacious and intimate, designed for large families or groups of friends.
