Built in 2025 above the bay of Marigot, Villa Linda combines Caribbean inspiration with contemporary lines. Beneath a handsome exposed timber frame, the wood-toned living room brings together a lounge and a professional kitchen, open on one side to the pool and on the other to a planted patio. Outside, the heated infinity pool blends with the turquoise of the bay; a pergola runs along the dressed-stone façade, and a staircase leads down to an outdoor dining area with kitchen just a few metres from the water, then on to a private beach. The master bedroom opens onto the pool; the other four occupy bungalows with balconies facing the sea, for ten guests in all. A fitness room completes this elegant address, ideal for a stay among friends.
