Villa Acai

Within the private Roc Flamands estate, a few steps from Flamands beach, Villa Acai has been fully renovated. Its traditional architecture unfolds over three levels, following the hillside and its tropical vegetation. Upstairs, the air-conditioned living room, generously glazed, enjoys a privileged view over the blue waters of the bay; outside, a weathered wooden table for eight faces the ocean and the beach below, and a second table for four sits beneath the covered terrace, beside the barbecue. On the lower level, loungers surround the heated pool, whose curving outline seems to follow the landscape. The three air-conditioned bedrooms, with king-size beds, sleep six: the master, with its own bathroom, looks over the pool and the ocean, while the other two share a bathroom and open onto the hillside. At night, the lighting brings out the beauty of the house.
