Villa Art

In the private estate of Roc Flamands, a few steps from Flamands beach, the fully renovated Villa Art rises over two levels, its architecture in harmony with the tropical vegetation. Upstairs, the air-conditioned living room, fully glazed and bathed in light beneath a sloping ceiling, looks out to the ocean; the adjoining kitchen serves a large rattan-and-glass table under the covered terrace, while a more casual corner with high stools surrounds the gas barbecue. Further along the gallery, an outdoor lounge faces the view. A staircase leads down to the lower terrace, where the lagoon-coloured heated pool, lined with loungers and wooden decking, sits in a green setting. The three air-conditioned bedrooms, with beds that can be split into twins, sleep six; one has a private bathroom, the other two share a bathroom with double vanity and rain shower.
