Swan Estate

Set into the hillside on the heights of Lurin, amid tropical greenery, the two villas of Swan Estate look out over the shimmering ocean. Each has its own personality: one, Asian-inspired, abounds in red woodwork and houses a grand piano; the other, steeped in pop culture, plays with apple-green touches and offers table football and a pinball machine. Both have large living rooms facing the view and equipped kitchens, one of them professional, with breakfast bars. Under the covered terraces, guests dine together or each in their own house; two pools, one of them heated, sun loungers shaded by large parasols and a water-level bar beneath a red-wood structure invite you to enjoy the garden of banana trees and palms. The six air-conditioned suites, with queen or king-size beds, dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms, welcome twelve guests. Gouverneur and Shell Beach are close by. An estate full of character and far from the ordinary.
