Within a very quiet private estate, the single-storey Villa Reef Point takes in the entire bay of Saint-Jean in one sweeping panorama. Modern and minimalist, its architecture was conceived around the view: the double living room opens both to the ocean and to the back, where fountains spill into a pond of water plants. A very spacious, fully equipped kitchen extends into the dining room for eight, softly lit by pendant lights. The large heated pool seems to merge with the turquoise waters, lined with sun loungers, a rattan lounge and wooden benches beneath the colonnaded covered terrace, amid driftwood décor.
