A contemporary house in Anse des Cayes, Villa Pelican is arranged in two buildings linked by a pergola. Open on two sides, the living room enjoys natural breezes and large ceiling fans; wicker, wood and printed fabrics create a soothing décor around a dining area for eight and a fitted kitchen with a bar. At the front, the terrace unfolds over two levels, with banquettes, daybeds and loungers around the heated pool; beneath the pergola, a lounge with pastel floral cushions offers a shaded retreat. The four bedrooms, set over two levels in the building next to the living area, sleep eight; all have a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, and on the ground floor two of them open onto the tropical greenery and the ocean. A cool, intimate house where indoors and outdoors merge.
