Villa K

Nestled among coconut palms behind the dune, Villa K, designed by architect Patrick Raffeneau, has its own path leading to the sand of Anse des Cayes, a beach favoured by surfers and sheltered by reefs. Set over two levels, it unfolds a vast living room open to the terrace and a kitchen whose bar is lined with six raw wood stools, echoing the touches of driftwood found throughout the house. On the deck, the heated pool is surrounded by loungers and daybeds; a table for ten, a fountain and a koi pond complete the terrace. The four air-conditioned bedrooms, with private bathrooms, sleep eight: two upstairs with terraces, two on the ground floor opening onto the pool. A contemporary house with its feet almost in the sand.
