Within the private Domaine du Levant in Petit Cul-de-Sac, Villa Only You is a recent build, very modern in design yet inspired by colonial style, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Its four pavilions are arranged around a vast deck and two heated pools, one long and slender, with views over the bay. The main pavilion holds a large open-plan living area, two lounges, one more intimate with a big screen, and a spacious kitchen extended by a dining area for ten. Under the covered terrace, a large solid-wood table and an outdoor lounge with a television host the evenings, while a shower is tucked away in the tropical garden. The five air-conditioned bedrooms, with large walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, look onto the pool or the garden and sleep ten; a fitness room completes the property.
