Villa Nolen

High above Grand-Cul-de-Sac, Villa Nolen overlooks the lagoon and the ocean. Built on two levels in a Caribbean style, with its characteristic arched doors, it lets breeze and light flow through. The neutral-toned living room opens front and back through wide alcoves, beside a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Two tables await meals: one in raw wood beneath a pergola on the rear terrace, the other under the covered terrace facing the panorama. Loungers and daybeds line the pool, among lush plants and a genip tree. The four air-conditioned bedrooms sleep eight: the main one sits next to the living room, while the other three, in a row on the lower level, open onto the pool terrace, two of them sharing a bathroom.
