Villa KYR

On the heights of Lurin, Villa KYR blends modern comfort with Caribbean architecture. Beneath a fine timber frame, wooden parquet and tones of patinated wood and red create a warm living room, where a round table gathers eight guests facing the ocean; the equipped kitchen opens onto a bar with tall red stools, and a waterfall brings coolness to the back of the room. The large teak terrace overlooks the bay of Saint-Jean and the hills; the pool stretches out there, lined with sun loungers, and a barbecue awaits on the lower level. The four air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean views sleep eight, each with its own bathroom: two on either side of the living room, two on the lower level. A cinema room completes the house, a few minutes from Gustavia and the beaches of Gouverneur and Saline.
