Villa Edunia

A recent, contemporary build on the heights of Lurin, Villa Edunia enjoys spectacular views over the harbour of Gustavia and the surrounding hills, with the sunset putting on a show every evening. Works by the artist Eduardo Kac punctuate its rooms. The large air-conditioned living room, with its white sofas, lends itself to film nights, and the kitchen, opening onto the terrace, gathers eight around a high table. Outside, a 15-metre heated pool seems to melt into the ocean, framed by loungers, a lounge and an outdoor dining area; at the back, a tropical garden holds a table and a barbecue. Four bedrooms, each with dressing room and bathroom, sleep eight; the fourth, on the lower level, has its own terrace, kitchenette and private entrance. A wine cellar completes the house, five minutes from Gustavia and the beaches of Gouverneur and Shell Beach.
