Villa Kaz

Recently built high above Grand-Cul-de-Sac, Villa Kaz is spread across three buildings on the hillside and plays with perspectives before a remarkable ocean view. On the main level, the living room, open on three sides beneath a vaulted ceiling, lets the trade winds drift through; behind it, the dining area with rattan chairs, shaded by a sail, looks out over the terrace and the sea, and the fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a small secondary kitchen. Under the wooden pergola that lines the house, tropical-wood loungers surround the heated pool. Outdoor stairways, among palms and shrubs, connect the other levels. The three air-conditioned bedrooms, with queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and an additional outdoor shower, sleep six: two in a bungalow below with a balcony over the ocean, the third above the main level, with a private terrace and views of the garden and sea.
