Villa Ela

Set directly on Flamands beach, Villa Ela combines local architecture with a pared-back interior of white fabrics, light and dark parquet and mahogany. The living room, with its white-lacquered floors, opens onto a two-level terrace facing the ocean, where the heated pool, teak sofas, outdoor dining area and a covered swing invite quiet contemplation; a few steps lead straight down to the sand. The eight air-conditioned bedrooms sleep up to sixteen guests: four in the main house, one of them with twin beds, and four in a guest house with its own living space and black mahogany four-poster beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. A private tennis court completes a house made for large families and groups of friends, right on the beach.
