Villa Azetes

In Petite Saline, Villa Azetes takes in Lorient Bay, the islands of Saint-Martin and Anguilla, and the tropical greenery. Its décor, pared-back and warm, plays on beiges and caramels, woven fibres and soft cushions. The large open-plan living area brings together a lounge with a woody, modern feel, a perfectly equipped kitchen and a large table beneath the high vaulted ceiling; at the back, a second lounge, which can be closed off and air-conditioned, lends itself to movie nights. At the front, a pale wooden deck stretches across the full width of the house around the heated pool, with a garden lounge and, on the other side of the pool, a gazebo sheltering the outdoor dining area, near the barbecue. The four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private bathroom, sleep eight, split between the main and lower levels. The beaches of Saline and Lorient are a few minutes away.
