A single-storey Caribbean house in Saint-Jean, Villa Kir Royal blends island inspirations with lush vegetation. The air-conditioned living room, beneath a vaulted ceiling with white walls, combines a sitting area, a table with wooden benches and a fitted kitchen; woven fibres, dark wood and a well-stocked library invite you to read. Outside, the heated 4 by 8-metre pool and a Jacuzzi for four face the greenery and, in the distance, the deep blue of the ocean; loungers on pale tiles and a covered lounge complete the terrace. At the back, a second terrace hosts al fresco dinners overlooking the garden, next to the barbecue. The four bedrooms, with four-poster king-size or twin beds and en-suite bathrooms, sleep eight: two near the living room, the other two in a bungalow. The shops and beach of Saint-Jean are close at hand.
