Villa Nureyev

Near the wild coast of Toiny, Villa Nureyev bears the name of the dancer Rudolf Nureyev, who lived here and inspired its design. Very private, it takes in the ocean across 180 degrees. Upstairs, the air-conditioned living room features waxed wood, weathered beams and gleaming parquet, with a carved sideboard, an upright piano and a sparkling chandelier; the all-wood dining room sits beside an equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. Facing the view, the terrace gathers a lounge beneath a pergola, a table for dining outdoors and a billiard table; a few steps below, the heated pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by sun loungers, and a hammam and massage room complete the setting. The four air-conditioned bedrooms, with king-size beds, sleep eight: three in the main house, one of them in a self-contained apartment with a kitchenette, the last in a bungalow. An inspired residence, between art and untamed nature.
