Villa Marigot Bay

Overlooking the bay of Marigot, a few steps from the Grand-Cul-de-Sac lagoon and its restaurants, Villa Marigot Bay displays a chic contemporary décor by Christian Liaigre, combining raw wood, linen and a refined ethnic spirit. The great living room opens onto a gallery terrace facing the bay and the hill of Mont-Jean, with the breeze flowing freely between the openings; the recently renovated kitchen looks out to the ocean. Beneath the covered terrace, a raw wood table seats six, extended by a lounge of banquettes and loungers turned towards the panorama, while the pool stretches out in front on a timber deck. The three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sleep six; the third, beneath the terrace, is reached by a fairly steep staircase. An aesthete's house, open to the blue.
