Villa Honu

Set on the cliff of Saint-Jean, Villa Honu looks out over the ocean and the islands of Bonhomme and Frégate. Its modern, pared-back interior merges with the terrace through an immense glass wall: a lounge with light-toned sofas and banquettes, an open kitchen at the back, air conditioning or trade winds as you prefer. Outside, the covered dining area sits beside a summer kitchen, beneath a pergola that filters the sun and later welcomes starlit nights. A few steps further, the heated pool stretches across a wooden deck furnished with loungers, facing the open sea and the ballet of planes landing on the runway; hanging chairs invite idleness. The four air-conditioned bedrooms, set over two levels, sleep eight, each with its own bathroom; turquoise accents and mosaics add a note of freshness.
