Villa Dolce Vita

In Gouverneur, Villa Dolce Vita sits within a tropical garden, facing the ocean. Its air-conditioned living area, warmed by fine exposed beams, woodwork and soft tones, combines a lounge and a dining room for eight, both turned towards wide openings onto the terrace and the view; the equipped kitchen has its own breakfast corner. Outside, the heated pool, with a small integrated basin, is surrounded by loungers and an outdoor lounge, and a table with benches awaits under the covered area. Below, a well-kept lawn offers a haven of calm facing the open sea. The four air-conditioned bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, sleep eight: one on the living level, the three others on the lower level, opening onto a terrace. A wine cellar completes this hushed, intimate house.
