Renovated in 2024, Villa Celandine is a 190 m² architect-designed house overlooking the sea in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge open through wide bay windows onto the Mediterranean. A lift serves its three levels: upstairs, the principal bedroom with dressing room and bathroom; on the lower level, further bedrooms, each also with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. An independent studio gives guests complete privacy. Two terraces face the sea, while a Mediterranean garden surrounds the heated pool and its pool house with bar. In all, four bedrooms for eight guests, with the Promenade Rouvier a six-minute walk away. A luminous retreat for savouring the Côte d'Azur at a gentle pace.
