Agave Estate

Set into the hillside at Devé, Agave Estate brings together two terraced houses facing the ocean and the bay of Grand-Cul-de-Sac. Built across several levels, it preserves everyone's privacy, while pale wood and brightly coloured fabrics lend the air-conditioned living rooms a peaceful mood; a media room hosts film nights. Outside, two pools, an outdoor shower, hammocks and lounges turned towards the view sit within a tropical garden, and an ajoupa shelters a table for barbecue dinners. The eight air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, welcome up to sixteen guests; those upstairs stand out for their vaulted, beamed ceilings. An estate made for large gatherings, where guests come together at will or retreat to their own house.
